CPR Training
If a cardiac arrest happened to your loved one or a close friend, would you know how to perform life-saving CPR, which can double a victim’s chance of survival? Family & Friends CPR training makes learning the core skills of CPR easy, convenient, affordable and fun for the whole family.
The City of Indianola will be hosting two Friends & Family CPR Instructional Classes on Saturday, April 19, 2008. The classes will be located at City Hall Training Room during the following times, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The classes are free, although we do ask that you register by either email at [email protected] or call 515/991-8396.
This class does not provide certification in CPR. You will receive a personal CPR card for reference only.

Attention Indianola Residents
The Indianola Brush Facility located at the end of West Iowa Avenue will be accepting leaves and garden waste FREE of Charge on the following days:
Thursdays, April 24 and May 1st Noon - 7pm
Saturdays, April 26 and May 3rd 9am - 3pm
Sundays, April 27 and May 4th Noon - 4pm
FEES FOR BRUSH (trees & shrubs) WILL REMAIN IN AFFECT DURING THIS TIME. For more information call 961-9410.
