Residents have the option of paying their municipal utility services bill on-line by credit card through a secured web site linked here: Pay On-Line.  Easy to follow instructions are provided on the payment screen to ensure that even a novice on the computer can successfully complete their payment transaction. You will need to have your account number from your invoice. The account number information is entered in the "Reference" field on the screen.

Credit Card Payments
Payments by credit card are also accepted at the payment counter at City Hall. Only MasterCard and Visa are accepted and the card must be presented by the authorized person.

Automatic Payments
Billings for municipal utility services may be set up for automatic payment through your checking account. An authorization form is required and can be completed at City Hall.  The payment will be deducted on the 20th of each month.  If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be deducted the business day prior to the 20th).

Budget Billing
This billing option allows customers to pay the average of their annual utility costs on a monthly basis rather than the actual bill amount. Paying the average costs allows you to know (and budget for) the exact payment amount. Customers selecting this billing option should keep in mind that if their usage increases, their average increases accordingly. A sign up form may be completed at City Hall.
