Residents
(Non-Commercial) have the option of paying their
municipal utility service bill or city parking ticket on-line by credit card
(Visa, MasterCard and Discover only) through a secured third party web site. A
sample of the data entry screen is provided below with instructions for each
field following the sample.

selection of eligible payments and select the item that you wish to pay. |

This is the Account Number from your
utility bill or the Ticket Number if you are paying a parking ticket. |

Click on the down arrow to select
either MasterCard or Visa. |

Name on the Credit Card: |

Enter the name EXACTLY as it appears on
the credit card. |

Credit Card Number:
|

WITHOUT using spaces or dashes, enter
the complete card number |

Expiration Date:
|

Enter the month and year of the credit
card's expiration. |

Amount to Pay:
|

Enter the exact dollar amount you wish
to pay INCLUDING the decimal. |

When all fields have been completed,
press continue. |
Trouble Shooting
Once you have
pressed "Continue" your online payment will process. If successful, a
screen with appear indicating your payment has been successfully completed.
However, if information is missing or incorrect, an error screen will appear
indicating why.
The most common error is an invalid credit card number.
Should you get this error message, double check the credit card number and
re-enter. (Do not use spaces or dashes when entering the credit card
number.) If you continue to have trouble, please contact the City
Clerk's office at 961-9410 for assistance.
