Citizen Work Order

All city departments work hard to keep track of the things we're responsible for.  However, there are items that occasionally drop through the cracks.  We need active citizens to let us know of their concerns and to remind us of our duties should we fail to fulfill them.  We work for YOU - and you see items that need attended to as you go about your daily lives here.  You are in a position to help us meet our responsibilities by providing feedback and input. 

The concept is simple:  You fill out a “Citizen Work Order” for those things that you truly believe are the city’s responsibility.  If there's a streetlight not working or a tree on public property that needs trimmed or there's junk in an alley, we want to know.  You explain what you feel needs to be done and where it is.  We’ll review your request and pass the information on to the responsible department for completion and follow up.  If the request can't be completed, or completion will be delayed, we’ll contact you and explain the reason.

We're inviting you to help us to do a better job and be a participant in the affairs of the city. Together we can make this a better community. We appreciate and welcome your input!
